Pumpkin and Apple Cider Smoothie
Ingredients: 1/2 to 1 cup pumpkin, sweet potato or acorn squash purée; 1/4 cup apple cider; 1/4 cup unsweetened soy/almond milk or cow’s milk; 2 tbsp. maple syrup; 2 tbsp. unsweetened Greek yogurt; 1 tbsp. cinnamon; 1/4 tsp. nutmeg; and 1 tsp. vanilla. Serves 1.
