    Thanks so much for this post on whole wheat bread. I’m trying to make whole wheat bread regularly so that it will become second nature-I’m not sure it ever will as I’m convinced some people just have a knack for it, but I keep trying. I’m going to make this now!

    Hey, Dee! Thank you for visiting MyLifeRunsOnFood.com. My guess is you could probably use unsweetened soy milk in place of the whole milk. Use a vegan butter for the milk/cream based butter. A mild maple syrup could replace the honey. Let me know how it comes out. -sw
