    I made some last month and they are so good. Frying is not as bad when you use the proper oils, and right temps. My favorite part of summer, these dishes!

    I’m not so into fried foods, but these look (and really do taste) worth of all the calories and fat. Plus, they’re so darn pretty. What a great garnish if you want to use them that way. I can think of so many things to stuff them with! love it.

    If it’s going to be fried, it better be good. And worth the few extra calories. These are delicious on top of soup too!
