#SmoothieNumbers 20: Cherry Almond
- 2 cups frozen cherries
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. plain and unsweetened, Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp toasted whole almonds; cooled
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 cup cranberry, blueberry and/or pomegranate juice; more or less
- 1 tsp. honey; more or less to taste
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
